The quote feed is unlimited for everyone, with the Motivation and Confidence categories. Premium unlocks all categories, all 20 themes and the photo backgrounds.
In the app: Settings → My subscriptions → Cancel. Or directly: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; during the free trial, you are never charged if you cancel before the 3rd day.
